We miss you all and its definetely not the same without the Young Catholic Faithful gathering each week for fun, faith, and fellowship!

Open to Juniors and Seniors and it will be held at Christ the King Parish.

If you have made a high school SEARCH and are interested in helping in any way this next year, be on the lookout for applications coming up in the fall!

Congratulations to all the high school seniors who either graduated last Sunday from Loyola or graduate from Sentinel, Big Sky and Hellgate next saturday!

Faith Formation Survey/ Evaluation of Needs for the Parish

We are starting the faith formation and youth ministry survey and evaluation of needs for all parishioners (families, parents, children, catechists, youth ministry leaders, an any other parishioners)

We need YOU to tell us what you need and what you expect from Faith formation and youth ministry.

All voices and comments/ thoughts are appreciated and needed in this effort to make the best of our faith formation for all ages and all families.

Thanks for an awesome night of Bowling

Thanks to all the middle school and high school students who came out for an evening of bowling this last Friday night!

A fun time was had by all as we started with some middle school bowling where Kurt started off with a very nice first game of bowling!

The middle school boys enjoyed playing video games and running around with each other! The fun continued as we moved on over to Freemo's Pizza for an all you can east pizza and salad buffet!

Everyone ate and quickly rushed off the arcade games to spend all their game tokens and get a whole lot of candy prizes!

The high school students came at 9pm energetic and ready to have a great time bowling and hanging out with each other to celebrate the end of a great year of youth ministry at CTK.

Live Dj and lots of music with the colored and blacklights turned on, it was a night to remember as the youth laughed, danced, and were genuinely happy and excited to have a night of fellowship and good times!

Thanks for an awesome night and a fabulous year! Look out for updates and news for what is to come next year!

Leadership Camp 2010 at Legendary Lodge

Leadership Camp is a week full of learning the skills you need to be a disciple of Christ at home, school and your parish.

400 High school Students from all over the diocese. Come meet new friends and hang out with some you already know.

CYC CONVENTION 2010

Convention is a 3 day- 2 night event that takes place in Helena for all high school students from the entire Diocese of Helena to get together and build and share in community as the young church of today.

Be thinking about Tshirts for the Design Contest!
Rules are that it must include our Parish name and the theme of Convention "Believe, Receive, Proceed" onit.
We will be using our CTK shirts and adding a design for the convention theme!

There is a $500 OYYAM Scholarship to the winning parish to be used for any OYYAM event

High School Search is a gathering of students interested in setting aside three days for personal and spiritual growth. It is an intensive experience. SEARCH is a weekend of awakening more fully to Christ. The weekend will include discussion, talks, films, play, prayer, and celebration. SEARCH
is not for everyone – but for those called to it, at this moment of time, it can be transformational.

The youth and adults came back from Kansas City on Sunday night and I have been told that it was a great experience for all involved. It was great opportunity for the high school youth to share their faith with 22,00 of the young Catholic Faithful. Make sure to ask Kim, Molly or Patti about their experiences and everything that went on.

The next NCYC is in 2011 in Indianapolis!

Bowling Night was a Success!!

High School Students came out to Five Vallley Bowling on Friday evening for a great night on the lanes. Bowling throughout the evening was mixed with conversation and getting to know each other. We then went back and were served dinner by Kevin and Rachel Molm! Thanks for the great food. After dinner, we ventured to the high school room to relax and enjoy the movie "UP" with some popcorn and lots of laughter!!! Thank you to all who came and made it a great night! Keep alert for more oppurtunities to join us in the future!!

Thank you to all who made donations to the bake sale on Sunday in order to support youth ministry and the trip to NCYC (National Catholic Youth Conference) in Kansas City on November 19-22. We really appreciate your generosity and continued support of the youth of our parish. Kim, Molly and Patti are really looking forward to this trip next month.
