PLEASE PICK UP A REGISTRATION FORM AT CTK OR FROM THE EMAIL AND TURN IT IN TO KURT ASAP!
CALL OR EMAIL KURT BY WEDNESDAY MAY 5TH IF YOU PLAN TO ATTEND!
Middle School Students (including 5th grade students)
5-7pm Five Valley Bowl (1515 Dearborn Ave, on brooks st,near the
fairgrounds and near Montana Club)
Bring $6 for bowling

High School Students
Bowling 9-11pm Five Valley Bowl
Bring $6 for 2 games of bowling
Music/ Live DJ and lots of lights and fog for bowling

Pizza Buffet Dinner at Freemo’s Pizza
1801 Brooks St (Across from Holiday Shopping Center)
MS and HS students and their families are invited to join us for dinner. We will all gather at around 7:30pm
$6.50 for buffet and bottomless drink

Come celebrate with us for a night of awesome times, good laughs and lots of memories as we bowl the night away and say thank you for an awesome year of youth ministry at Christ the King!

*Please bring $13 if you plan to do both bowling and dinner!
